I am working on a series of animations that have to do with the
ocean. One particular sceen is underwater. I am, of course, using fog for
this effect.
When LightWave is rendering frames, there is no problem. Each
frame is displayed on the Toaster Pgm Out and looks great. However, when I
play back the animation on the Flyer, there are green "bands" throughout
the entire animation. Extracting a frame (via Toasterpaint) from the clip
shows the bands as well. Rendering the frame using LightWave shows NO
bands. Needless to say, these green bands make an otherwise cool animation
useless.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? If I rendered the
frames off and saved them as RGB then use IFF2Clip, would it make any
difference? (Currently, I just use the save ANIM button in the Record
panel).
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
